The above projects included developing and drafting gap analyses, identifying areas of deficiency and opportunities for improvement, correction & improvement plans, process flows and policies and procedures updates, and working with department heads and staff to successfully implement corrective & improvement actions including Revision Requests and Change Management items.

  • Quality Control P&P Consolidation Project. Headed project to review (qualitative, investor/agency, regulatory, industry best practice perspective) to enhance, update and consolidate Originations (pre-fund & post-close) and Servicing QC plans.
  • Multi-phased project to centralize, analyze, update and enhance all Loan Servicing/ Loss Mitigation Policies & Procedures for CFPB, Regulator, Investor and Guarantor compliance.
  • In-sourcing vs. outsourcing Mortgage Loan Origination processes and plans for improving Customer Experience. Analysis and review to provide plans and alternatives for Mortgage Loan processes and improving Customer Experience.
  • Dodd-Frank Implementation for Loan Servicing Collections & Recovery work-stream. Assisted with troubleshooting and testing of final rollout phase. Updated plans, worked with department staff and IT throughout final implementation to assure successful automation of processes that were initially implemented manually. Drafted P&P updates for new processes.
  • Prep for Loan Servicer Rating Agency Review
  • Mortgage Servicing Loss Mitigation Underwriting Program Management: Projects included:
    • PEGA based Default Workflow System and CFPB implementations
      • Drafted and revamped related process/ program reference materials, P&Ps, test scripts & plans, testing, training, and floor support.
      • Managed work-stream UAT
      • Worked with IT design team in troubleshooting areas of conflict between business and design/build requirements.
    • Additional improvement projects and investor / regulatory initiatives
